Membership fees are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time by contacting support at [email protected] prior to your next billing date.
Membership includes access to the Regenyx platform and a provider consultation. Prescription medications and lab diagnostic orders, if required and approved by a licensed provider, are billed separately.
If a provider determines treatment is not appropriate, medication charges will not apply. Membership fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
