About Regenyx

Regenyx is a digital health platform that provides technology and administrative support to connect you with independent, licensed healthcare providers. Regenyx does not provide medical care or make clinical decisions. 

No. Medical services are provided solely by independent licensed providers who are not owned or controlled by Regenyx. Providers are responsible for diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing decisions. 

Yes. When appropriate and permitted by law, providers may use secure telehealth technologies for consultations and follow-up care.

No. All services are private-pay. Regenyx and participating providers do not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. 

Getting Started

  1. Create your account
  2. Complete intake and required information
  3. Meet with an independent provider (if applicable)
  4. If a provider determines treatment is appropriate, you may authorize payment
  5. Services and prescriptions, if any, are fulfilled by independent providers and licensed pharmacies 

Many programs require lab evaluation. Providers use objective clinical data to determine whether any treatment is appropriate.

If a provider determines treatment is not appropriate, medication-related charges will not apply. 

Safety & Medical Oversight

All medical decisions are made by licensed providers. When prescribed, therapies are selected based on clinical evaluation, lab review, and safety considerations.

Yes, when clinically indicated. Providers may require follow-up visits and labs to ensure appropriate monitoring.

No. Regenyx does not replace your primary care provider. Providers may coordinate with your existing care team when appropriate.

No. Regenyx is not intended for emergency care. Call 911 or seek immediate in-person care if you are experiencing an emergency.

Renew focuses on metabolic health, weight management, and long-term metabolic stability through provider-directed care.

If a licensed provider determines that prescription therapy is clinically appropriate, you may be offered that option. Not all patients are candidates. Individual results vary.

Timelines vary based on your biology, health history, and treatment plan. Providers monitor progress and adjust when appropriate.

Sustain – Vitality, Longevity & Performance

Providers may assess metabolic markers, hormone levels, inflammatory markers, and other clinically relevant labs to evaluate overall health.

No. Recommendations, if any, are based on clinical evaluation and may include prescription or non-prescription options as determined by a licensed provider.

No. Sustain is designed for adults seeking structured, clinician-directed support for long-term health optimization.

Clarity – Mind, Mood & Cognitive Health

Providers assess biological contributors such as hormones, inflammation, and metabolic markers. This program does not replace psychiatric care.

Not necessarily. Providers evaluate your existing regimen and prioritize safety.

Restore – Advanced Recovery & Regenerative Support

When prescribed and monitored by a licensed provider, treatment decisions are made with safety and clinical appropriateness in mind.

Refine – Skin & Hair Health

Providers evaluate internal factors such as hormones and nutritional markers to determine whether clinical treatment is appropriate.

If hair loss is related to addressable medical factors, a provider may recommend an appropriate plan following evaluation.

Align – Hormone & Sexual Health

When prescribed and monitored by a licensed provider, hormone therapy is a well-established medical treatment. Ongoing lab monitoring is required.

Some therapies may affect endogenous hormone production. Providers discuss risks and monitoring before initiating care.

Thrive – Lifestyle & Coaching

No. Thrive may be standalone or complementary to provider-directed care.

No. Coaching is non-clinical and focuses on lifestyle, nutrition, and behavior change support.

Medications & Pharmacies

All prescriptions are dispensed by independent, licensed pharmacies. Regenyx does not manufacture, compound, or dispense medications.

Payments & Billing

Membership fees are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.
