Because many RE Collection products are made to order, product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time.

Pricing

Prices are displayed on the store at the time of purchase and may change without notice.

The price charged for an item will generally be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when required.

Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when necessary due to product availability, payment authorization issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, technical problems, fulfillment limitations, or other reasonable circumstances.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Made-to-Order Merchandise

Many RE Collection products are produced specifically after an order is placed.

Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.

Please carefully review your product selection, size, color, shipping address, and other order information before completing your purchase.

Payment

Payment is due at the time an order is placed.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not control the policies or operations of those payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are subject to our RE Collection Shipping Policy, which provides additional information regarding fulfillment times, shipping estimates, tracking, incorrect addresses, delayed shipments, and other delivery matters.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, transportation disruptions, fulfillment providers, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control may occur.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

RE Collection merchandise purchases are subject to our RE Collection Refund & Returns Policy.

Because many products are made to order, returns or exchanges generally cannot be accepted for incorrect size selection, color preference, style preference, or change of mind.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect merchandise should be reported according to the procedures described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Intellectual Property

The RE Collection name, Regenyx name, RE marks, logos, designs, graphics, slogans, artwork, photographs, product designs, website content, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Regenyx Health & Wellness LLC unless otherwise indicated.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, used commercially, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission.

Purchase of RE Collection merchandise does not grant the purchaser any ownership or license rights in the underlying trademarks, artwork, designs, or other intellectual property appearing on the merchandise.
